After graduating college with no clue what direction to take, Sean read a little purple book called Rich Dad Poor Dad that changed everything for him. Fast forward 6 months and Sean was selling for Robert Kiyosaki. After quickly becoming the top performer, Sean was asked to create the manager blueprint for the company.
Meanwhile in different world, Chad was attending college and leading entrepreneurial initiatives that ultimately got shut down by the dean (tradition doesn't like innovation apparently).
And right about this same time, Sam was wrapping up his senior year of HS (this is why we call him the 'boy genius').
Januray, 2017
After a few years of sales success with his business hero, Sean decided to pursue new entrepreneurial ventures. He launched a digital marketing agency, which made some money, but ultimately was not fulfilling and way more difficult than he anticipated, which led to his now third failed business (aka 100000th lesson learned).
Similarly, Chad continued his journey by launching a marketing agency of his own only to realize he was much better at sales than marketing which led to him shutting down the business as well.
Sam, in all his genius avoided the business failures and built a successful marketing agency called Agexa, with Nick Fisher.
October, 2020
This is when Sean, Sam and Chad finally connected and began building together. We had the opportunity to work closely with brands like Jamil Damji (Astroflipping), Pace Morby (Subto) and Jack McColl (CreditStacking) and through our innovations helped them scale to multiple 7 figures MRR.
We also began working with Clients & Community where we helped them reach million dollar months as well.
The systems were improving, the knowledge and track record expanding and the momentum was building.
August, 2022
After a decent amount of success working together AND a documented proven approach and system, it was time to turn on the GAS.
We understood and believed in full conviction we have a TON of value to add to businesses. We were routinely breaking revenue records for businesses, developing self-sustaining fun cultures everyone wanted to be a part of, more and more brands were reaching out to us to work together and we were even getting invited to speak on stages around our leadership and management strategies.
So, what's next?
We are approaching sales, leadership and management in an ethical and sustainable way. We are building business to last.
